Roshan Tech Enterprise is a multi-category e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products across electronics, fashion, home goods, cosmetics, and more.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price at checkout is the final price
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly
• Product availability is subject to stock; we reserve the right to limit quantities
• We do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability on our website are accurate, complete, or current
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI (via Razorpay)
• All transactions are processed in INR through Razorpay's secure payment gateway
• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes and order values below ₹10,000
• Failed payments: If payment is deducted but order not confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for large-value or suspicious orders

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days; Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499; shipping charges apply to smaller orders
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, natural disasters, or logistics partner issues
• International shipping is not currently available

• Reselling products purchased at promotional prices in bulk for commercial gain

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent
• The "Roshan Tech Enterprise" name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive license to use such content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roshan Tech Enterprise shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Conduct or content of any third parties on our platform
• Delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Sale of Goods Act, 1930

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
