Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
  • Product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) must be provided
  • Product must not be damaged, altered, or washed (for clothing/fabric items)
  • Electronic items must not have been registered or activated
✓ Eligible Return Reasons: Defective/damaged product received, wrong item delivered, item not as described, product missing parts/accessories, or size exchange (for fashion items).

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or digital delivery reasons:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or health supplements
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
  • Digital products, software licenses, and gift cards
  • Hazardous materials or flammable items
  • Products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Fragile items (e.g., glass, mirrors) broken due to mishandling after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Log in to your account → Orders → Select order → Click "Return/Exchange" and provide reason with photos

Step 2: Approval (within 24–48 hours)

Our team reviews your request and sends approval with return shipping label via email

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in original packaging and drop off at nearest courier pickup point or schedule pickup

Step 4: Quality Check

We inspect the returned item within 2–3 business days of receipt

Step 5: Refund Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method

Refund timelines are from the date of return approval. Bank processing times are beyond our control and may vary.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled for free within 12 hours of placement via My Orders → Cancel Order
  • Full refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • After 12 hours but before shipment, cancellation may be possible — contact support immediately

After Shipment:

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us; refund processed after quality check
  • Refusal of delivery repeatedly without valid reason may result in account suspension
COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders cancelled after dispatch may incur a nominal logistics fee (up to ₹100) deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow this process:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via our website, app, or email
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged/wrong item, packaging, and the shipping label
  • Do NOT use, wash, or alter the product before reporting
  • We will arrange free return pickup within 24–48 hours of approval
  • You will receive a full refund OR free replacement (your choice) at no extra cost
Our Guarantee: For manufacturer-defective products reported within the warranty period, we coordinate directly with the brand for replacement or service. This is a free service with no additional shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We offer free size and variant exchanges for eligible fashion and footwear items:

  • Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Subject to availability of the desired size/variant
  • If the desired variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
  • Exchanges are allowed once per order
  • Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange; subsequent exchanges incur ₹49 shipping

Razorpay Payment Refunds

Payment Gateway: All refunds are processed through Razorpay. The refund is initiated by Roshan Tech Enterprise and Razorpay transfers it back to your original payment method. We do not retain any portion of the refund.
  • Razorpay Refund ID will be shared via email once refund is initiated
  • You can track your refund status on the Razorpay Thirdwatch portal
  • If refund is not received within the specified timeline, contact us with your Razorpay Refund ID
  • In case of payment failure where money was deducted, automatic refund is triggered within 5–7 business days
